Candice, TDM’s General Counsel, has always thrived on providing creative, practical and commercial advice to help her clients achieve their strategic goals (and is addicted to the rush that comes with working on fast paced and complex deals!). She holds a Bachelors in Law (Honours) from the University of New South Wales, as well as a Bachelor of Economics and a Masters of Law from the University of Sydney.

Candice spent 13 years working in private practice, in the M&A, Private Equity and Venture Capital teams at top tier firms in Sydney, Hong Kong and London. When TDM came calling in 2022, the lure of being part of a high-performing team passionate about long-term ‘partnership’ investing in outstanding growth businesses, was too strong to ignore. The icing on the cake for Candice is TDM’s commitment to its Foundation and to make a positive impact in the world.

When Candice isn’t working, she spends most of her time with her husband and two young children at home by the beach, and if she can manage some time to herself, in the gym or out on a running trail.
